- Dates Change: Only 15 days notice prior to arrival
- Cancellation: Cancel with 30+ days notice and we will refund your money, minus $250 admin fee and credit card processing fees
- Change of Heart: If you want to switch to a different Minty Living space, no worries! You're only 30 days and a free-switch away (new cleaning fees will apply)
Early Termination
Things change. Things happen. Especially in the film industry. We're an agile partner in negotiating the knowns and unknowns. Here's what we learned over the last two years to give you what you need.
- 30 days general notice for early departure
- 15 days notice for COVID production shutdowns
- 15 days notice for STRIKE production shutdowns
- 21 days notice for pro-rata departure during WRAP (final 30 days of residency)
No Security Deposits
We know you came here to work, not buy a house. And that housing allowance isn't dispersed until you're a couple weeks into the job. Choose between:
- Reduced Security Deposit: 1/2 month's rent, returned 7-10 days after checkout
- Damage Waiver (Non-Refundable): $150- $450 depending on home size, covering accidental damage to home and premises up to the value 1 month's rent.
